Our classes are designed for every fitness level! If you are a beginner, or advanced, come prepared to get a great workout in. Upper Body Routine

Biceps don’t grow on trees! This class focuses on upper body workouts to help you get stronger and build that muscle!

Lower Body Routine

The name says it all! This class focuses on lower body exercises to help you build more strength and power. Don’t forget the golden rule… never skip leg day!

Full Body Routine

A strength class that works both your upper and lower body! Get that full body blast that leaves you feeling like you can take on the world!

HIIT Training

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more.

Cardio Weight Training

Ready to rev up your engine? HIIT training intervals combined with weights and ab exercises.

Aerobic Kickboxing Cardio

Combines martial art techniques with fast-paced cardio (or at your own pace!). This high energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.


Enjoy the music while you move your muscles and learn different aerobic combinations. Followed by strength training and a lovely cooldown.

Cardio Dance/Toning

A combination of all elements of fitness, (cardio, muscular conditioning, balance, boost in energy and flexibility). Incorporates aerobics with dancing. You will have so much fun; you will forget that this is a workout.

Fitness Boxing

Fitness boxing is an excellent cardio workout that improves strength, aerobic levels, and cognitive skills. It’s for everyone, no matter what your fitness age or level is, thanks to inclusive group classes or access to a diverse group of trainers that can personalize your workouts. You will be learning the basic such as stance, movements, different types of punches, counter attacks in different types of drills and more!

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga, also sometimes referred to as Flow, is great for beginners. That's because the practice is very fluid, combining poses in sequences that focus on linking breath to movement. Vinyasa yoga helps build muscle strength while improving your fitness, stability and balance.


STRONG nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that was specifically designed to match every single movement. Every squat, every lunge, and every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last repetition. The music is also tailored to fit movements like high knees, burpees, jumping jacks, and kickboxing. In these 60-minute classes, you will burn calories while toning your arms, legs, abdominal muscles, and glutes. Every class in split into 6 sections which includes the warmup, Quadrant 1, Quadrant 2, Quadrant 3, Quadrants 4 and a cool down to finish it off.
